Core stability that's actually fun

...is it even possible!?

Hi hi hi friends! I was scheduled to do a Live this evening, but no one wrote in with questions (tear!) and I didn’t want to hang out all by my lonesome. (If you do have questions, I always love hearing them and will stock up for the next one! Respond to this email!)

So I figured, why not share some stuff I’ve been up to lately instead?

Recently I have had a deluge of pregnant clients turning into postpartum clients. It’s honestly super fun to get to know someone over a pregnancy and then meet their babe IRL! It’s also a really neat arc to support a person. Being a pelvic floor provider is a crazy privilege, but I digress.

Anywho, everyone is all about that deep core activation life after pregnancy.

And I love a core moment! I’m into it! I’ve got my classics going, but the aforementioned deluge has inspired me to create some more content, that, tbh, most folks could benefit from.

As a reminder, while core work can be fraught (see related reading section), it’s also dope because there is a neurological connection from the deep core to the pelvic floor. So if you’ve got incontinence or prolapse, these baddies are for you. (And obvi, v supportive with a diastasis recti as well.)

Honestly, as a person who has no active pelvic floor dysfunction, I just love doing core work anyway because it feels good. I know. I am weird. *Shrug.*

Enjoy these ones!

Omg it’s me doing core work! Photo by the incredible Carlie Febo.

I love this one because it feels soooo damn good. There’s something about going from small to big that feels so weirdly satisfying. All weights are optional!
