YAY! That’s what it’s all about — curiosity and joy in what you want from the experience of being in your body, not constant punishment. So glad you enjoyed it!
That's such a great question! I didn't come across that specific issue in the literature, just to put that out there. My gut says that it's probably neutral. I'm also getting an intuition (and this is random) to try some humming and verbal work on the rebounder (with your feet connected to the mat) to encourage relaxation with the impact. Worth a try, let me know how it feels!
Thank you for this. I had sworn off trampolines and am still probably never going to get one due to my tiny living space, but I love the jump training and can’t wait to try your video!
Ooh this one was fun! I've sworn off jumping for a different reason and am trying to get back into it. This was a fun way to play around with it!
I really appreciate your cues to get curious and just play and experiment. It makes me way more likely to stay engaged!

Thanks for this in-depth read, Cait.
Would you say that there is benefit to be had outside SUI as well, as in hypertonicity post pelvic floor?

Oooooo cool idea, Cait!
I do hum but I don’t own a rebounder!
I maybe should have asked the question more broadly as in is it only SUI you’re seeing the benefit.

You’re so welcome! I’m So glad I could dispel some fear of movement — that is always my goal. I’d love to know how the video feels!
