Many of you know that I think the thoracic spine is an underdog in the body and in pelvic health. It’s true! It is. Trust me.
But I also feel like it’s a space in the body that binds up a lot of stress. When we’re not breathing deeply, the thoracic spine naturally doesn’t get the movement it normally would. And most of us aren’t twisting and mobilizing as much as we could be. The thoracic spine can be a scene of the crime when it comes to the body locking down.
So when I was creating content for my video platform yesterday, I wanted to do something that addressed my own stress and fatigue. This was the antidote.
Basically, it’s rolling around on the floor, but with cross body breath to regulate your nervous system. It’s a good time.
