In case you missed it, your adductors play a crucial role in pelvic health. They’re kind of like pelvic floor wingmen; they co-contract and guard (often not in a great way, tbh).
Adductors get tight and glitchy for all kinds of reasons — pregnancy, pain, incontinence are the three biggies that come to mind. If you’re in one of those camps, creating time to lengthen, load, and release these tissues can be wildly beneficial!
