It seemed a weirdly apt time to air this interview with my friend Meghan, who is a third year MD/PhD student at Cornell Weill in New York. Meghan experiences chronic pelvic pain, primarily in the form of interstitial cystitis. In this interview, she shares her experience as a Black woman navigating medical school with chronic illness, medical education and ableism, and soooo much more.
