This week I had the honor and joy to chat with Katrina. It was one of those delightful situations where I hopped on a call with someone I didn’t know 24 hours prior and had the most wonderful conversation. Y’all are the best community!
Katrina has a wild story of a fateful (and super weird) exercise she was coached to do during three years of high school PE which created a series of pelvic floor symptoms that led to social isolation and many other [deeply reasonable] Big Feelings.
